What will you be doing?
You will report to our Director of Client Development, and the focus of this role is operational, helping to deliver the firm’s day-to-day marketing activities. However, as you will be part of a small team, you will have the opportunity to gain experience and take ownership of various marketing activities.
We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic person to take ownership of delivering our marketing activities to a high standard, while continually looking for ways to improve.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting our website, digital marketing, email marketing, and social media activities
- Drafting marketing content, including social media posts, central emails, and website news
- Supporting the delivery of events, webinars and marketing campaigns
- Maintaining our CRM database and producing reports on CRM activities and other marketing initiatives
- Designing and updating our branded materials, including brochures, bid documents, presentations, website, and social media assets
- Project managing the Directory and Award submissions and process (in collaboration with the attorneys)
- Maintaining project plans for individual marketing initiatives, co-ordinating the marketing calendar and implementation
- Assisting with new starter inductions, including introductions to our CRM system and LinkedIn
- Co-ordinating our general marketing collateral to support client activity, seminars and events
- Any other duties assigned by the Director of Client Development or the Senior Marketing Executive.
- Experience in professional services marketing
- Professionalism and ambition
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent time management and ability to manage a varied workload
- The ability to be a team player yet able to work independently
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to deliver a smooth and efficient service
- Experience in using Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Forms
- Experience using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premier Pro, WordPress Hubspot
- Experience in directory and award submissions
