We are looking for a UK qualified IP Litigation Solicitor with an interest in and some experience of litigating patents at a Junior Associate level to join our busy and growing legal team. The right candidate would join our vibrant firm of 10 IP specialist solicitors and 80+ attorneys, paralegals, and trainees across our offices in the UK (Bristol, Glasgow, Leeds and London) and Munich. The work level from our existing clients is increasing substantially and the successful applicant can expect the work to be high profile and cutting-edge, in a friendly and collaborative environment.
Ideally you will be:
2 - 3 years qualified
Experience of IP litigation – with an interest in patents but willing to get involved in other IP disputes
Self-motivated with an eye for detail
Capable of working as part of the team
Experience of non-contentious IP would be an added advantage (but not a requirement)
Intellectually strong with relevant private practice or in-house experience
